I did a 5 k once, like 3 years ago, I guess that counts for something.

Short-Term Running Goals:

Two Years? That is for ever away! Well I will be old enough to do an Ironman Triathlon, but I think I want to break 4:30 on a decent trail 50k.

Long-Term Running Goals:

Umm, I Want to do a 100 miler.  

Personal:

I am going to be a Junior in high school this next year. I have been swimming for just over 2 years and am hoping to break at least 3 school records this year and even more my senior year. I have been running on and off for the past couple of month and have decided to start full time for the summer.

I wasn't able to run yesterday because of my knee, but today's run was really good the first part hurt alot because I was sore, but a mile into it I was feeling really good, I was going to go farther than I did but then I realized that my whole body including stomach and back was covered in hives because I ran through some pretty tall weeds and I had my shirt off. But other than that it felt pretty good, and I am way excited for my shoes to get here tomorrow because I think they will help alot.
